Road Closures 2022*

Road closures along Green Bay Rd from North Ave to Highwood Ave. Highwood Ave in front of City Hall between Green Bay Rd and Waukegan Rd is also closed.

From I94

Take Half Day Road east towards Highwood & Highland Park to Rte 41. Go one exit north on Rte 41 to Old Elm Road. Go east on Old Elm to Sheridan/Waukegan Rd. Mobil Station will be on the corner. Take a right to head south towards the Festival Grounds. Follow signs for parking.

From Chicago

Take Rte 41 North to Old Elm Road. Go east on Old Elm to Sheridan/Waukegan Rd. Mobil Station will be on the corner. Take a right to head south towards the Festival Grounds. Follow signs for parking.

From Kenosha

Take Rte 41 South to Old Elm Road. Go east on Old Elm to Sheridan/Waukegan Rd. Mobil Station will be on the corner. Take a right to head south towards the Festival Grounds. Follow signs for parking.

Park & Ride

Continuous shuttle bus service from Philip H. Sheridan Reserve Center (follow the parking arrows on Sheridan Road). Service continues for 1 hour after festival close. The shuttle is FREE and the hours are as follows:

Saturday, Oct. 9 - 1pm - 12am
Sunday, Oct. 10 - 1pm - 10pm

Passenger Pick Up & Drop Off (Uber & Lyft)

Convenient pick up & drop off at 424 Sheridan Road, 300 Waukegan Avenue, and on the east side of Funston Avenue just north of North Avenue at St James Church

Crossing guarded pedestrian access to festival grounds across Green Bay at North Avenue at the Highwood Metra Station and across Highwood Avenue at Green Bay.

Handicap Parking & Handicap Drop Off

Handicap Drop Off and Limited Handicap Parking is located at the Highwood Library Parking Lot . Look for the “Handicap Drop Off” sign.
Handicap Parking is located in the parking lot off of Walker Avenue, just east of Waukegan near the intersection of Walker Ave. and Lakeview Ave. Look for the “Handicap Parking” sign. Parking by handicap permit only. All others will be ticketed and/or towed.

Reserved Parking

Parking in RESERVED areas is by permit only. All others will be ticketed and/or towed.
